By the concrete hulk, the nuclear powderkeg,
chrysanthemums mourning
flagrant scarlet-orange
poppies crumbling;
bulwarks of huge daisies
lavendar's blue mauve
dilly-dilly - on withered sedge;
thyme passes unloved sand-dunes,
wild flowers crown rusting crosses.
